Candidates need to complete an application form first in order to take part in the assessment procedure for entry at 7+ or 9+ (or other Years if places become available). Assessments at 7+ and 9+ will consist of:
Each boy will also be individually interviewed by the Headmaster, Mr Martin Morris, and the Year heads. Boys taking Year 3 Assessments can expect to be at the school for a whole morning, and those taking Year 5 or 6 Assessments for a full day. All assessment materials will be provided. Age appropriate practice tests in Mathematics and Non-Verbal Reasoning can be purchased from large booksellers. Offers of places will be posted soon after Assessments.
