Duke of Edinburgh's Award

The school participates in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.

Boys can start the Award during Year 10. To successfully complete the Award, boys have to undertake some community service, complete an expedition, develop a particular skill and participate in a physical recreation.

Over 150 boys are involved and more than 10 boys a year reach Gold standard.

Expeditions take place on Exmoor, Dartmoor and the Brecon Beacons during the late Spring and Summer terms.

Further details of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme can be found on their official website by clicking here
