In addition to academic life, the Sixth Form at QEH provides you with opportunities to flourish in a responsible and mature way within a small community. We offer a system of prefects which enables students in the Upper Sixth to play an essential part in the running of the school.
There are many possible opportunities – such as becoming a Prefect, helping to run the House system, Theatre and Music helpers, or Librarians – where an individual is able to demonstrate his ability to deal with others, and to earn their respect.
Peer Support is a flourishing aspect of Sixth Form life with Upper Sixth boys in past years rightly proud of being part of an organisation which has helped so many young QEH pupils settle into their new school, cope with pressures and make the most of school life.
In the Sixth Form you will play a prominent role in the whole community and will meet new challenges but, most importantly, you will have the chance to set the standards for the future of QEH.
Initiative and leadership skills developed during your time in the Sixth Form reveal your ability to successfully accomplish tasks, equipping you to meet life's challenges.
